We do this on behalf of insurance doctors, medical advisors, registered medical advisors, personal injury specialists, lawyers, and courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OrthoDirect supports when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An independent medical expertise is required in legal proceedings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A degree of disability must be determined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement must be made about the medical causality and consequences of disorders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast, responsible clarity about the medical consequences of personal injury is important for parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can send your request for an expert to OrthoDirect by post and for additional information, you can contact us by phone or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The rates for expertise at OrthoDirect as of 01-01-2018 are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for Company doctors\/Arbo-service: \u20ac 1750,-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for AOV insurers: \u20ac 1750,-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for UWV (sickness benefit, WIA, WAO, etc): \u20ac 1750,-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for IND\/immigration law: \u20ac 2150<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for medical advisors\/lawyers (injury, liability, etc.): \u20ac 2150,-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>before the Court (indicative based on declaration): on request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The costs for expertise are not covered by health insurance, because it does not concern medical treatment.
